Infinity Event Design offers comprehensive event decorating services and tailor-made designs suitable for various occasions, including weddings, engagements, bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, and more.

Working closely with you, we develop a personalized plan that captures your envisioned theme and requirements.

Our services include everything from selecting styles and color palettes to utilizing our carefully curated décor, involving floor layouts, and arranging table settings.

WHAT YOU CAN ANTICIPATE


1.Initial Consultation

We'll begin with a phone call or Zoom meeting to discuss all the necessary details. Please note that prior to our initial consultation, we require basic information to be filled out on our contact form.

2. Custom Proposal & Quote

Once we determine that the budget aligns with your design requirements and expectations, we'll proceed to craft a personalized proposal and quote.

3. Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract, your event date will be officially reserved.

 

4. Design Mood Board

To ensure your vision and desired mood are captured, we'll provide a personalized design mood board three to four months before your event.

5. Refining Design Elements

We'll further explore the design process, discussing color palettes, tablescape ideas, and floral design. Any additions or revisions can be accommodated during this phase.

6. Finalization Meeting

An essential in-person meeting will occur four to six weeks before the event. We'll confirm numbers and address any last-minute adjustments to ensure everything aligns perfectly for your special day.

IS THERE A PRICE LIST FOR YOUR DÉCOR PACKAGES?

No, our events are customized for each client, and fees vary accordingly. Factors such as the event's size and the design of the ceremony and reception determine the required décor and flower arrangements to create the perfect event for our clients.


DO YOU PROVIDE FLOWER SERVICES?

Yes, we exclusively collaborate with a florist and offer a comprehensive service that includes both décor and flowers. Most of our clients choose this option as it allows us to handle the entire design process, starting from scratch with detailed visual proposals. However, we can also work with a florist of your choice.


DO YOU HANDLE ALL YOUR PROPS IN-HOUSE, OR DO YOU SOURCE THEM EXTERNALLY?

We supply all our décor items and linens, with the exception of furniture, which we are more than happy to source externally for you.


CAN I RENT YOUR DÉCOR ITEMS?

No, we provide a complete "full-service" event design experience, spanning from conceptualization to venue transformation and teardown. Our inventory is reserved exclusively for these purposes and is not available for rent.


WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING A CONSULTATION?

To schedule a consultation, we require information about your event date and venue. Additionally, having a general budget estimate is essential to help us create tailored design plans and provide you with ideas and suggestions.
